BEL-AIR INTERNATIONAL

Privacy policy

Provisional version — this page must be finalised before publication.

Data controller

Personal data collected through this site is processed, in his own name, by Mathieu MAILLOT, under the trading name BEL-AIR INTERNATIONAL.

Email: direction@belair-international.com — telephone: +971 55 236 76 62.

Professional address: to be confirmed before publication.

A Delaware LLC is under consideration; it is not incorporated as of this version. The data controller will be updated if that company is formed.

Data collected

Contact form: first name, last name, email, telephone number and associated country, project type, message, agreement to be contacted about the enquiry, and context information (language, page, and any programme or service indicated).

Guide download form: first name, last name, email, telephone number and, if you tick the box, an optional agreement to receive commercial communications.

Booking via Calendly: the details you enter to schedule a meeting (identity, email, telephone and possibly a message) may be transmitted in order to arrange the appointment and follow up commercially.

Purposes

This data is used to handle your enquiry, send you the guide when you request it, contact you about a property project in Bali or Lombok, arrange a meeting and, only if you have consented, send you commercial communications.

It may also be used for internal follow-up of the enquiry (indicative qualification, file note, abuse prevention).

Legal bases

The applicable legal bases (for example pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest or consent) remain to be confirmed with counsel. They are not stated here as final.

Consents

The contact-form agreement to be contacted is required to submit an enquiry. It covers follow-up of that enquiry. It is not a commercial opt-in.

The commercial opt-in on the guide form is optional. If the box is not ticked, no commercial consent is recorded. A commercial consent already on file is not erased by a later submission without a new tick.

Recipients

Data needed to handle your enquiry may be shared with the following providers, limited to their respective roles:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): customer-relationship tool (records, notes, enquiry follow-up);
  • Calendly: appointment booking;
  • Google Workspace: internal email used to notify the team of a new enquiry, when that notification is enabled;
  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting and related technical functions.

Partner developers only receive your details in the context of an introduction linked to your enquiry, not automatically with every form submission.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Any contractual safeguards that may apply have not been verified for this version. This remains to be confirmed.

Retention

Exact retention periods, including in GoHighLevel, are not set by the website. They remain to be validated. In practice, enquiry data is kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up and applicable obligations, then deleted or archived under the framework that will be adopted.

The guide download link uses a signed token, valid for 48 hours, which does not contain your email address or your name.

Temporary storage in your browser

To save you from re-entering your details from one form to another during your visit, your first name, last name, email address, phone number with its country and selected project type are stored in your browser using session storage (sessionStorage), and used only to pre-fill our forms. Your messages and consent choices are never stored.

This information stays on your device: storing it does not send anything to our servers. It is only sent to us if you submit a form.

It is deleted automatically when you close the tab or window, unless your browser restores your previous session. You can also delete it at any time using the “Clear saved details” link, shown above the form when your details have been filled in; nothing more is then stored until the end of your visit.

Technical measures

The forms include a honeypot field, a limit on the number of submissions and protection against double clicks. Technical logs do not store email or telephone numbers in plain text, but a fingerprint. These measures are intended to protect the service; they are not an absolute security guarantee.

Your rights

Where the applicable framework so provides, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to certain processing. The exact scope of these rights remains to be confirmed according to your situation and the applicable law.

To exercise them, use the Contact page or write to direction@belair-international.com.
